My Mother Is Not Dead – Kwaw Kese

Ghanaian hiplife artiste, Emmanuel Botwe who is popularly known as Kwaw Kese has debunked claims that his mother his dead.

Kwaw Kese told his fans and Ghanaians, in general, to ignore such fake news about him since his mum is not dead.

It can be recalled that , there were reports that the family of Kwaw Kese were calling on him to help bury his mother who died at age 90.

Patapaa To Unearth Music Talents In Agona Swedru

Agona Swedru based Artist, Patapeezy is set to organise a monthly musical concert in Agona Swedru in the Central Region dubbed “Agona to the World”. The concert is aimed at unearthing musical talents in the municipality.

The musical concert in collaboration with Golden Star FM, would be held at the first Saturday of every month, beginning August 4, 2018 and would give authentic, talented and potential singers and rappers, a platform to exhibit their talents and readiness for the music industry.

Super OD to be buried on May 19

Veteran actor and comedian Super OD will be buried at Agona Abodom in the Central Region on May 19.

Super OD born Asonaba Kwaku Darko died at the Agona Swedru Government Hospital on Tuesday, February 13.

The 84-year-old actor had been out of the public’s eye for some time due to his illness and had been living in Agona Swedru.

Super OD, who started acting in the 1970s, gained national prominence in the 1990s for roles in popular series, Akan Drama on Ghana Television.

He was part of the Oppong Drama Group which later became known as Osofo Dadzie Group.

The Osofo Dadzie class act will be laid in state on May 18, 2018, and will be buried the following day.

Super OD’s thanksgiving service will be held at the Central Presbyterian Church at Agona Abodom on May 20, 2018.

He left behind 15 children.

I Will Welcome A Collabo With Fancy Gadam – Patapaa

Patapaa Amisty, the one corner man who has been all over the news in recent days after losing out on the most popular song of the year award at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, has said he is ready to do a music Collabo with fellow musician Fancy Gadam.

Even though Patapaa accused Fancy Gadam of not deserving to win the award with his “total cheat” song, he has now put everything behind him and is ready to do a song with the king of the north when he gets the chance.

Speaking on the Star chat show hosted by Bola Ray on Starr FM, Patapaa revealed he got really upset when he missed out on the award because he was expecting to go home with that accolade on the night.

The Agona Swedru star believes the lack of noise in the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC) when it was announced Fancy Gadam’s song total cheat has won the award shows that he didn’t deserve to win the award.

I have put everything behind me now and am working hard to bring out a new song very soon”, disclosed the one corner hit maker.

Patapaa took the opportunity to also render an apology to charterhouse for how he reacted after the VGMA’s. He explained he has regretted how he handled the situation and admitted he could have reacted in a much better faction.
